1. I don't own Sailor Moon. I'm just borrowing it.

2. However, there are a number of original characters in this story that are mine: Jasmine, Benjiro, Jomei, Keiji, Meiko, Mitsu, Nariko, Renjiro, Tamika, Toshiro, and Seiji are all my own invention, along with a few minor characters here and there.

3. The timeline in this story is divided between Crystal Tokyo, some three years after the Dark Moon war, and present-day Tokyo, about four years after Nephrite's death.

4. Nephrite and Naru have a large family. An easy way to keep track of the kids is to remember that their names go in alphabetical order from oldest to youngest. Here's a quick cheat sheet, with names, genders, and ages: Benjiro, boy, 17; Jomei, boy, 15; Keiji, boy, 12; Meiko, boy, and Mitsu, girl (twins), 9; Nariko, girl, 6; Renjiro, boy, 2; Tamika, girl, 2 months. I don't want anyone writing to tell me that that's too many kids. It's Nephrite and Naru's decision how many kids they have, and no one else's business. Nyah.

5. The reproductive technology used to produce Jasmine is a figment of my own imagination, though I tried to work it out as realistically as possible, with the help of a suggestion or two from a friend (you know who you are ^.^). I will not enter into any debate on this subject, either.

6. I did my research on Ferrari.com, and learned that the Ferrari 456M is the only Ferrari currently in production that can seat four people. The Ferrari 456M8 is my imagined future model of this car.

7. Although I've used Japanese names here, I've used "Rini" instead of "Chibi-Usa." In this story, Usagi's daughter is about nine years old (give or take a year), so the "chibi" appellation isn't really appropriate any more. "Rini" makes sense as a shortening of Serenity, Usagi's royal name, and it's less awkward to say, spell, and read. I've also used "Tuxedo Mask" and "Imperium Silver Crystal" because the dub terms work for me.

8. I know, gratuitous Nephrite and Naru Silver Millennium references. I can't help it; I am who I am.

9. Any resemblance between this fic and the Sailor Moon R series is strictly intentional. ^__^

10. Rated PG-13 for violence, mild language, and sexual references.

11. Finally, I'm deeply indebted to Cygnus-hime for the fantastic idea that led to this fic, and for inspiration for the children's characters.
