Epilogue – New Beginnings

A month after Queen Beryl’s demise, Neflite decided to host a party for the scouts and closest friends. Even though his project still wasn’t done, he wanted to party. It was early afternoon and Molly had just returned from seeing her doctor. A huge smile was clearly visible as she made her way to her bedroom where she knew Neflite would be getting ready for the party.
“Honey, I have some news to tell you.”
“What is that,” he said kissing his wife.
“I just returned from the doctor’s.”
“So that is where you went,” he said. “Why did you go?”
“I had a feeling on something and I went and had it checked out. I didn’t want to say anything before.” Molly’s smile brightened. “You better sit down.” Molly’s delicate hands gently pushed on his chest until his legs hit the side of the bed.
“What is it?” he said as he sat.
Molly took a deep breath. “I’m pregnant.”
Neflite’s mouth dropped and his eyes widened. He slowly stood up and placed his hand her belly. “You...are pregnant with my...child?”
“Well you are the only man I sleep with,” she giggled.
He slowly smiled and hugged his wife. But the hug soon turned into a shower of kisses as he picked her up and twirled her around. His lips quickly found hers and he stopped spinning her. When her feet were on the floor, he deepened the kiss.
She moved away from his lips and began to push him back to the bed. When he was against the bed, he fell on to the mattress. Molly wasted no time, she climbed up on the bed, straddling his legs and continued kissing him. All to soon, clothing started to get thrown off as the couple did what came naturally.

A few hours later people started to arrive. As a gift to his wife, Neflite had the party planned to be a formal one. Neflite had planned the guest list carefully, inviting Molly’s mother and, didn’t want to but did anyway, aunt.
Also on the list were Molly’s new friend Kim and her lawyer, who were getting close and the youma who were now human. Molly’s lawyer was also invited. And of course the Sailor Scout team. Luna and Artimus also came, as humans. It was the first time for them to be human since the ex-generals gave them the power to be human.
It was going to be a fabulous party since the scouts didn’t have anything to worry about. Although at the back of Mina’s mind, she felt something was going to happen but it wasn’t going to be during the party or anytime soon. Not to worry anyone, Mina kept it herself.
During the course of the party, Molly and Neflite interrupted the dancing and music playing to announce Molly’s pregnancy.
After the announcement, Jenna walked over to her sister.
“Karen, can I talk to you?” Jenna asked.
“About what?” Karen asked.
“I have a long way to go to ask for forgiveness but I would like to start over again. I don’t expect you to forgive me or Molly but I would like to try and become friends.”
“I would like that,” Karen said. “I’ve done things in my past that I regret and I could have destroyed your family long ago but I didn’t. I had a feeling that you were going to be a bomb dropper.”
“Hello,” Kim said as she walked over Molly’s mother and aunt. “I’m told that you two are sisters and that you’re both Molly’s mother.”
“I’m her biological mother and my sister is the one who raised her,” Karen answered. “And you are?”
“Kim, a person who was helped by Molly’s friends awhile back. I had an abusive husband and the Starlights helped me to get the courage to leave him.”
“When’s the baby due?” Jenna asked.
“Next month. And if it’s a girl I’m naming her after Molly and if a boy after Neflite.”
“Do they know about this?” Karen asked.
“Actually they do and I’ve also asked them to be God-Parents to my baby too.” Kim looked over at her happy friend. She had a weird feeling that Molly was somehow involved the day that the evil scouts attacked her. But she couldn’t figure out what it was. Also she noticed that Molly’s face looked like Sailor Earth’s. She smiled as she thought of what if Sailor Earth and Molly were one and the same. It would be amazing to be friends with the Sailor Scouts.

Down in the depths of what was left of the Negaverse. Magnus, still dressed in the black cloak, was sitting on the throne. It took him only a few minutes to get everything cleaned up from the battle. He looked Columbite who was still fuming over Vivianite’s death.
“Columbite,” Magnus said. “Who’s left?”
Columbite looked up. “Myself, Zincite, Granite, Sailor Lead Crow, Sailor Aluminum Siren, Tellu and Kaorinite. The Sailor Scouts really did a number on us.”
“I thought Lead Crow and Siren were gone.”
“No, they survived, barely. I was able to heal them. What happened to Mongo?”
“He was turned back into a boy with no memories. However we haven’t seen the last of him. He will be able to turn back into a man when trouble starts.”
“When will start our revenge?” Columbite snarled, clenching his fists.
“Not for awhile. Let the scouts relax for a while. Besides, I’ve just heard news that Molly Stanton is pregnant. You are dismissed.”
Magnus looked out over the throne room. He was watching youma change the setting of the Negaverse. He smiled as he watched them. He knew that ninety percent of the youma were Beryl’s creations and when she collapsed so did the youma but the other ten percent, which were his creations, were still around.
He wanted the Negaverse changed. He didn’t want it dark and gloomy like Beryl had it. He wanted it more inviting. He waved his hand allowing a transparent viewer appear. On the viewer, Magnus could see the Sailor Scouts dancing.
A close up of Serena’s face appeared before Magnus. “Princess Serena. Your time is coming,” he laughed.

Notes: I know, I know. You are screaming at me right now. I left a cliffhanger at the end. But don’t get your socks in an uproar. The story isn’t finish yet. There’s still a third installment to this exciting Sailor Moon Story, which makes it a Trilogy.
Hope you enjoyed this book. It took me a long time to write this one but it’s over and done with. YAHOO! Stay tuned for the third book titled “Royal Rivalry”.
